Sunday, September 10

It is Sunday and I am halfway through one third (the first third) of the classes I have to get assignments done in this week. I am friggin lost in Java when it comes to how to run programs from DOS. There is the download I have from the java.sun.com site that does not jive with the CD-ROM version off the book CD or the latest (now only) vewrsion on the I*net. I don't know how to edit Path in DOS to made certain the version matches the one I have. Downloading the new one is too much right now as I need my machine to do other work. I have three sites done and ready to post for the Faculty web site at TMCC. Nobody has told me they have a password yet. Two weeks now. I think Cal is messing with my head. We are in the Multimedia Room, as of Saturday, but nobody is giving me a key. The Operating Systems text book that I received from the Bookstore is not the one that is called for in the syllabus. Now what? That class is @ 7 Monday. I think I already know the material good enough to fake it in class, but one never knows. I will fire off an email to my instructor. I have not touched my $120 Accounting text. It is for two semesters and I will only be taking one. Shure, in may spare time, I will finish out. Believe that and I have some Florida swamp land I want to sell you...or a bridge over the East River in New York City. I need a break. Miller time!
